FLOWER POWER – Grillo 2021 DOC Sicilia

Grillo is one of the most characteristic white grape varieties in Sicily. Its vinification and maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasise its natural freshness and salty character. The wine is characterised by aromas of citrus fruits, sage, white flowers and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is fresh and persistent with a mineral and spicy component.
